Carol M. Bereznak 80 of Freeland passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 20th at her home.
Born in Hazle Township on November 26, 1944 she was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Hvizda) Howanitz.
She was a member the former St. John’s Nepomucene Church and a current member of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Freeland.
Carol loved her grandchildren.
Before retiring she was a picker/packer for Bucilla and Michaels, Hazleton.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her Husband; Andrew 2017.
Surviving are her Sons; Chris and his wife Annette and Andrew and his wife Shawna. Brother; Larry Howanitz and his wife Gail and grandchildren; Andrew, Brandon, and Julia.
Services are private.
Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery Freeland.
