Thomas J. Bzdil

January 7, 1974 - December 13, 2023

Thomas J. Bzdil 49 of Freeland passed away Wednesday December 13 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton.
Born in Hazleton he was the son of Mary Ellen Frances (Farley) and her husband Lenny Gibon and the late Thomas John “Buzzy” Bzdil 2007.
He was previously employed by DBI as a line painter.
Tommy loved his spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He also enjoyed watching any kind of stand up and had a great sense of humor. He also enjoyed watching and playing sports in his younger days. His favorite teams for many years were Notre Dame, Steelers and the Yankees. Led Zeppelin was one of his all time favorite bands.
Preceding him in death in addition to his father was Paternal grandparents; Thomas and Helen (Palya) Bzdil. Maternal grandparents; John and Mary (Corrigan) Farley. Cousins; Michael and Christopher Farley. Uncle; Gerry Soroko also preceded him in death.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife of 17 years the former Jessica Myers. Son; Cody and his girlfriend Hannah. Daughters; Kalli and Kelsey. Brothers; Timothy and his companion Marissa and John. Nieces and nephews; Gavin, Maddux, and Kiara. Godmother; Helen Ann “Aunt Annie” Soroko and Godfather; Joseph Farley. Uncles; Jimmy and John Farley. Cousins: Gerry Soroko, Corrigan, and Dan and Jimmy Farley also survive.
Services will be celebrated on Saturday December 23, 12 noon at Bethel Baptist Church 727 Ridge St. Freeland.
Friends may call at the church from 11 to 12 noon.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
