Joseph Duda

February 7, 1931 - May 30, 2018

Joseph Duda 87 of Freeland who passed away Wednesday at his home.
Born in Freeland he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary (Plaska) Duda.
He was of Greek Orthodox Faith and was an honorably discharged veteran of the National Guard.
Before retiring he was the owner / operator of Duda Trucking and Excavating.
Joe loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed working in his garage, trucks, business, and his pets.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his Son; Joseph and Brothers; John, Andrew, Peter, and Michael.
He is the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Surviving is his Wife of 64 years the former Marie Tiglio. Sons; John, David and his wife Angela, and Andrew. Daughter; Marie Duda and Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Private services will be held at McNulty Funeral Home 494 East Butler Dr. Freeland.
Burial will be in Ss. Peter’s and Paul’s EGC Cemetery.
