Eileen McKay

Eileen Marie McKay 72 of Hazleton passed away Monday, at Lehigh Valley Hosptial, Allentown.
Born in Cheverly MD. she was the daughter of the late Paul and Frances Cavener.
She was raised in the Catholic Faith.
Eileen loved animals and all sports including fantasy football.
She was a graduate of the LPN nursing program at the Hazleton Vo-Technical School and was the DJ for the Jazz program at Eureka College -California.
Eileen was employed by the many things she loved in life. She was a rancher, raised and herded sheep, dog trialer with a few champions, school bus driver for 15 years, phlebotomist, LPN, mental health technician at the Hazleton General Hospital, and a caregiver for Nancy’s Caring Angels – Hazleton.
Surviving is her long time friend Karen Delfine, Son; Glen McKay and his wife Billie- Oklahoma. Sister; Denise Cavener- Palm Springs California and 2 grandchildren also survive.
Memorial services will be celebrated Sunday 2pm at the McNulty Funeral Home 494 East Butler Dr. Freeland.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 12 to 2pm.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
