Anne Marie Ceriani

May 26, 1933 - March 25, 2023

Anne Marie Ceriani 89 of Freeland passed away March 25 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton.

Born in Eckley she was the daughter of the late James and Anna (Campbell) Gaffney.

She was a member of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Freeland and a graduate of St. Ann’s High School.

Anne was a Bell telephone operator later retiring from the White Haven Center medical records department.

She loved her family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and caring for the elderly.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was Husband; Norman-September 19, 2018. Brothers; Joe, Richard, Edward, John, and William. Sister; Maureen.

Surviving are Son; Gary and his wife Karen. Daughter; Maureen and her husband Randy Bell. Brothers; James and his wife Carolyn and Gerald and his wife Barbara. Sisters; Joann and her husband Dave, Kaity, Maurita and her husband g=George, Mary, Janet, Sharon and her husband Jerry, and Tish. Granddaughters; Meghan, Lindsi and her husband Daniel Guerrisi, Makenski, Kelsi and her husband Luke Lynes. Great grandchildren; Sawyer, Lynden, and Rosie June. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends may call at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception church 898 Centre St. Freeland on Wednesday from 9 to 10am. 10am Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Freeland.
