Francis R. Remak 74 formally Freeland of White Haven passed away August 31 at his home.
Born in East Side he was the son of the late Michael and Clara (Keiper) Remak.
He was of Catholic faith and was an honorably discharged Marine Veteran serving during the Vietnam War 1969 to 1975 with the rank of Lance Corporal.
Francis enjoyed gardening, animals especially his dogs, and helping anyone in need.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his Wife; Mary Ann; December 3, 2021. Brother; Thomas. Sisters; Gloria and Debbie.
Surviving are his Sons; Stephen Morrison, Thomas and Jennifer, and Richard. Daughter; Valerie and Larry Spaide. Brother; Michael. Sister; Joanie Wargula. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his Fiancée; Sandy Knotwell also survive.
Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services on Saturday September 5, 11am in St. John’s Cemetery, Freeland.
