Rose Marie Thomas Dittbrenner Fry

September 19, 1931 - July 15, 2021

Rose Marie Fry 89 formally of Carlise a guest at Mercy Center, Dallas where she passed away Monday July 15.

Born in Lattimer Mines she was the daughter of the late Leo J. and Anna (Hall) Thomas.

She was of Catholic Faith.

Before retiring she was a dedicated and outgoing Registered Nurse.

Rose was a caregiver to family and love ones. Spending more than 20 years traveling with her first husband in the military working at on base military and public hospitals. She was loved by her patients.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was Brothers; Edward, Joseph, Patrick, and James. Nephews; Kenny and Gene Thomas. Niece; Michele Thomas Rigotti also preceded her in death.

Surviving are Brothers; William, Thomas, and Leo. Sister; Mary O’Neill and Ann Hanincik. Numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends may call Thursday from 9:30 to 10am at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Parish at St. Ann’s Church 898 Centre St. Freeland.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10am.

Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Freeland.
