Linda Sabo

November 1, 1950 - July 8, 2021

Linda Mary (Gower) Sabo, 70, passed away in her sleep on July 8, 2021, at her home in Allentown.

Born in Hazelton on November 1, 1950 she is the daughter of the late John and Sophia (Koldesko) Gower.

She was a member of the former Saint Casimer’s Church; Freeland where she taught catechism.

Linda was a graduate of Foster Township High School Class of 1968 and the Empire Beauty School, afterwards working for various salons the Freeland area.

She met Thomas Sabo after high school, and the two married shortly after he returned from Vietnam in 1971. They had son Bryan in 1974 followed by Sean in 1981. She continued hair styling over the years in Allentown. In the last couple of years, Linda has brightened many lives with her crafts and personalized cards for any occasion. Linda and Thomas recently celebrated 50 years of wonderful marriage in May.

Surviving in addition to her husband and sons are brother Paul and his wife Carol Gower.

Friends may call at the St.. Paul Roman Catholic Church 920 South 2nd St. Allentown Pa. 18103 on Wednesday July 14 from 9 to 10am.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
