Joanne R. Stianche

August 26, 1969 - May 7, 2022

Ebervale, PA – Joanne R. Stianche, 52, died unexpectedly May 7, 2022, at Lehigh Valley, Hazleton. She was born August 26, 1969, in Hazleton, PA, the daughter of Phyllis Moyer (Kaschak) & Eugene McElwee.

Joanne attended H.F. Greby High School. Her life would eventually take her down the path of caregiver in her later years. In her earlier years, she was always on the go. You would find her rocking out at a concert or decking the house out for holidays, especially Halloween. She had a love for animals, gardening, reading and the paranormal and unexplained.

She truly was both sides of the coin. Where you could find her submerged in her love for dark things, she also loved the idea of a fairytale. Beauty and the Beast was her absolute favorite and was an avid collector of anything related.

She was predeceased by her mother, who passed April 2021 and her father, April 1996.

Surviving in addition to her companion, Danny, is her brother, Alexander, and brother, Brian. Also, daughter, Amanda, of Conyngham; and son, J.B.

No services will be held at this time. A memorial will be held on her birthday this year. Her daughter will make an announcement for this celebration of life. All those who wish to remember Joanne are welcome to join.
