Jo Ann Corrigan

Jo Ann Mary Corrigan 79 of Freeland who passed away surrounded by her loving family at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Ceder Crest.
Born in Wilkes Barre she was the daughter of the late James and Sophie (Belletieri) DeMichele.
She was a member of Most Precious Blood Church, Hazleton and a 1955 graduate of Hazleton High School.
Before retiring she was an assembler for the former Tung-Sol and a food service worker for Genetti’s and former Gina’s Catering, Hazleton.
She loved her family, fashion, cooking, decorating, and her home.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her Husband; Lawrence P. Corrigan on January 6, 2018. Daughter; Joanna Corrigan. Brother; Edward DeMichele and her Sister; Marie DeMichele.
Surviving is her Son; Lawrence P. Jr.- Freeland. Daughter; Kelly Walters and her husband Donald – Freeland. Brother- James and his wife Tomasina-Hazleton. Grandson- Michael Walters and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral will be held Thursday 10:30am from the McNulty Funeral Home 494 East Butler Dr. Freeland with Mass of Christian Burial 11am in Most Precious Blood Church 131 East 4th St. Hazleton.
Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Freeland.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 to 9pm.
