Carl Dias of White Haven passed away Saturday evening October 15, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Highland he was the son of Francisco and Amelia (Peters) Dias.

Carl served in the US Army and was stationed at Fort Louis, Washington State.

Before retirement he was the owner of Dias Auto Body.

Preceding him in death were his Brothers; Frank, Albert, and Walter Dias.

Surviving are his Wife the former Patricia Uricheck. Daughters; Kimberly (Kenneth) Fairchild-New Jersey and Carlene (Scott) Troell. Son; Mark (Jennifer) Dias- Sandy Valley. Sisters; Nancy (Joe) Jacobs and Elsie Fierraro. Grandchildren; Karl Fairchild, Jennifer Troell, Matthew Troell, and Madison Dias. Great Grandchildren, Sisters-in-law, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Private funeral services as requested by Carl were celebrated by Rev. Michael Kloton at McNulty Funeral Home 494 East Butler Dr. Freeland.

Private burial was in Calvary cemetery, Drums.

His family would like to acknowledge hospice of the Sacred Heart for their loving care.

The following members of the American Legion Post 473 and VFW Post 5010 accorded services with the following members Commander; Gerald Gaffney. Chaplain; Richard Welker. Sgt-at-Arms; Carl Pecora. Bugler; Frank Balon. Flag Bearer; Paul Thomas. Honor Guard and Firing Squad; Joseph Barna, Barry Getz, and Ray Clymer.

Pallbearers were Tom Rickert, Butch Dias, Ronnie Semon, Scott Troell, Ken Fairchild, and his son Mark Dias.
